Shipping & service delivery policy
GO SAFE TAXI SERVICE provides cab (taxi) transport services in and around Puducherry. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply.
How the service is delivered
- Booking confirmation: your booking is confirmed immediately in the Roamiow app (or by our desk when you book by phone), with a booking number.
- Driver details: before pickup we assign a verified driver and send you the driver’s name, phone and cab number as an app notification.
- Service time: the cab arrives at the pickup address at the date and time you booked. Bookings can be made from 15–30 minutes ahead (depending on the service) up to several days in advance.
- Service area: Puducherry and nearby suburbs, airports and railway stations, and outstation routes to other towns and cities.
- Completion: the service is complete when you reach your drop-off point (or when the rental period ends). You can see the trip status in My bookings.
If we cannot provide the ride
If no cab is available or the trip cannot be completed for reasons on our side, we will tell you as early as possible and refund any online payment in full, as described in our Cancellation & refund policy.
